Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

NOTE: If an order has been processed and invoiced it cannot be cancelled. Processing and invoicing is done when order has been closed, credit card has been charged and the order is ready for shipment. At this time an order cannot be cancelled.

All Orders will be dispatched normally within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This can sometimes be changed due to annual closure, trade events and public holidays.

In the event that product is out of stock at time of ordering. We will advise you by email of the expected date of availability of that product.

You may choose to wait till the product is available and have the rest of your order sent together or send the out of stock product separately with an additional freight charge or monies to be refunded.
