Returns & Warranty Policy

We understand some customers may not be satisfied with their purchases, and we understand all manufacturers have a small percentage of products that may have defects. Knowing that, we have developed our return and warranty policies.  

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase — eg your invoice.

If you believe the goods are faulty, prior to returning any goods to us, please contact us to arrange the return. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, this includes safe packaging of the item as well as the cost of returning the item to us. Please keep the receipts for those return costs because if the item is confirmed to be faulty we will refund reasonable postage or transportation costs to you.

The actual guarantee for each item varies, see the individual item details for further information. Clothing items purchased are not covered against fading after 30 days from date of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Mars Pet Grooming Products has 1 year warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturing faults.

  • All products returned for repair under warranty must have proof of purchase (eg. invoice).
  • All inward freight/postage is to be paid by the customer.
  • If warranty, we will pay for the return postage.
  • If not warranty, return freight will be charged.

When returning the product for warranty, please ensure the following:

  • Postage is prepaid
  • Use sturdy packaging to protect the product against damage in transit - such damage is not covered by the warranty.
  • Include your name, address and proof of purchase
  • Provide a detailed description of the fault
